Prepare

Once you have your conversation partner, it’s important to prepare for your One Small Step interview and be ready to engage in an open dialogue.

We recommend you review:

• The One Small Step DIY Participant Guide, which explains the program and includes tools to help you prepare. 

• Your conversation partner’s bio which you should have received from the project coordinator.

Take some time to review these and plan out your conversation. Read through the suggested introductory and closing questions, then think about what else you’d like to discuss.
